Idea Description

Check out www.vibramfivefingers.com, or try running barefoot. It takes an adjustment period, but ultimately it's much better for your body. Recent studies have shown that the vast majority of knee and foot problems associated with running are related to the unnaturally-thick soles of most shoes. We evolved to run with our toes and the balls and sides of our feet, and shoes ruin this dynamic, sophisticated system with unnatural padding, ultimately affecting muscles and joints alike.
