Idea Description

From Kegel Wiki, "Kegel workouts can provide men with stronger erections. Research published in 2005 issue of BJU International, have shown that pelvic floor exercises could help restore erectile function in men with erectile dysfunction. There are said to be significant benefits for the problem of premature ejaculation from having more muscular control of the pelvis."

Idea Description

Sometimes the idea of sex is so big it overwhelms the mind and body. If you talk about sex with your partner...likes and dislikes, insecurities, etc...then you take the power of the 'unknown' away from the situation. Just talking about it will diffuse a lot of the tension/fear. And you will become more intimate in the process.

Idea Description

Pace yourself. If you know that you ejaculate with even small amounts of stimulation, start slowly. You will become less sensitive as the session progresses, and you can increase speed accordingly. Keep yourself away from the cliff by slowing down if you have to - just make sure to maintain a rhythm, for your and your partner's sakes!

Focus on your breathing whenever you feel control slipping away (or whenever you want!). Take slow, deep breaths and feel your lungs fill with fresh, calming air.

Idea Description

Try not to think about "performing to a standard." Don't worry about what might happen in the next few minutes, or at the end of your lovemaking session. Instead, focus on what you're doing at any moment. Relax and pay attention to your partner. It's hard to worry about your own performance if you are focused on your partner's experience. Watch her/his eyes, mouth, breathing, muscle movements, etc. to gauge their experience.
